Abstract:

Conventional Flux Compression Generators (FCG"s) are used to generate HIGH power ‎DC pulses. A new kind of (FCG"s) with series capacitance called Capacitive Flux ‎Compression Generator (CFCG) will be introduced and explained in this paper. This ‎new kind is used to generate modulated HIGH power pulses. There are some problems ‎to establish a capacitance in HIGH power and HIGH frequency applications. In the ‎present paper several practical methods will be addresed to make capacitance in HIGH ‎power and HIGH frequency applications‎‏.‏

Abstract:

This paper proposes a 2.4 GHz active mixer without passive inductor for the transceiver system. Taking into account the design requirements of the mixer, a double-balanced down-conversion structure with active inductor and negative resistance is designed. The proposed mixer with 130 nm CMOS technology is designed and simulated using Cadence software at 1.5 V supply voltage. Although we had to compromise conversion gain with linearity, we were able to achieve very HIGH conversion gain with average linearity. Based on the results of post-layout simulations, the conversion gain of 27.57 dB, IIP3 equal to -7.88 dBm, 1-dB compression point equal to -17.34 dBm and IIP2 equal to 44.22 dBm with power consumption of 2.5 mW was obtained for the proposed mixer. The chip size without input and output pads is 95.18 µm × 117.68 µm, which leads to a chip area of 0.0112mm2.

Abstract:

The Kerman region stands out as one of the most significant mining areas globally, owing to its extensive and abundant mineral reSOURCES. Bam County, situated in the southeastern part of Kerman, has historically served as a crucial hub connecting the southeast of Iran with Sistan and Afghanistan, attributed to its distinctive geological and geomorphological characteristics. Enjoying considerable commercial and military importance since the Sassanid era, Bam County has garnered attention in archaeological research as a strategically vital region. The exploration of Bam's archaeological sites becomes imperative for historical governments, HIGHlighting the need to investigate and comprehend ancient centers engaged in metal smelting and mining activities. Consequently, an archaeological survey of the central part of Bam County was initiated in 2018-2019 with the specific objective of identifying metal smelting workshops and ancient mines. This article presents the outcomes of a field survey conducted in the central part of Bam County, shedding light on evidence of metal smelting centers, furnaces, and historical mining activities. The primary research inquiries center around the chronology of mining evidence in the central part of Bam County, the types of metals extracted, and the processes involved in metal mining and metallurgy within this region. Employing field and documentary methods, the research adopts a descriptive-analytical approach. The study identified and examined eight sites showcasing evidence of smelting and slag, one ancient mine, and two active mines. These sites have been associated with the extraction and processing of metals and elements such as tin, zinc, lead, silver, iron, and, to a lesser extent, gold. Notably, the substantial volume of zinc and zinc oxide processing in seven sites holds significance. Although cultural materials for chronological dating were absent in the investigated sites, historical SOURCES indicate that the extraction and smelting of these metals in the region date back to at least the 3rd century AH (9th century AD) and persisted until the Qajar period

Introduction and Objectives: Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae are the most agent of urinary tract infection (UTI) and prevalence Extended-Spectrum Beta-lactamase (ESBLs) in these bacteria due to spread of antibiotic resistance and mortality and morbidity in patients. The best manner for control of ESBLs in bacteria, are inhibition of spread these bacteria and use of standard method for recognizes ESBLs producer strains.Subject of this study was comparison frequency of ESBLs in Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumonia strain in UTI acquired patients with phenotypic test.Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional search was performed in Azzahra and Shariaty hospitals during of 2008-2009 years in Esfahan, according to statistical formula randomly selected 91 samples from urinary infections. Bacterial identification was performed with microbiological methods, ESBLs production was performed with screening and confirmatory test and survey antibiotics resistant pattern was performed with Kirby method. Results: FREQUENCE of ESBLs in E.coli and K.pneumoniae strains was respectively 47.97% and 41.66% .According to antibiogram result respectively 59.2%, 54.9%, 30.3%, 27.8%, 19.5% and 16.7% of E.coli strains were resistant into Co-Trimoxazole, Nalidixic acid, Ciprofloxacin, Gentamicin, Ceftazidime and Nitrofurantoin and respectively 75%, 50%, 40%, 44.5%,37.5%, 37.5%, 22.3% and 0% of K.pneumoniae strains were resistant into Ampicillin, Co-Trimoxazole, Nitrofurantoin, Ceftazidime, Amikacin, Cephotaxime, Imipenem and Ciprofloxacin. Conclusion: The result showed HIGH FREQUENCE of ESBLs, so  antibiotic resistant in isolated bacteria from hospitalized into out patience's that represent HIGH spread  antibiotic resistant strains in hospitals.

Abstract:

Background and Aims: Various methods are used for treatment of open bite. The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of Lower Anterior HIGH Pull Headgear (LAHPH) appliance in Class I subjects with moderate open bite and HIGH lower lip line.Materials and Methods: The study group was composed of 10 subjects with a mean age of 15.8±2.5 years and 3.05±0.07 mm moderate open bite. All the patients rejected or thognathic surgery. The treatment included extraction of upper and lower second premolars followed by leveling, banding, bonding, posterior space closure, and anterior retraction. After these procedures, the open bite was reduced to 2.04±1.17 mm. afterwards; LAHPH was applied for 18 hours per day for 8±2 months. LAHPH appliance was composed of HIGH Pull Headgear and two hooks mounted on its inner bow. Two elastics (1.8, light, Dentaurum) connected the upper hooks on the inner bow to the lower hooks on the mandibular canines vertically. The forces produced by the prescribed elastics were 10 and 60 g during mouth closing and opening, respectively. Paired T-test was used to evaluate pre-and post-treatment outcomes. Results: The pre-and post-treatment cephalometric evaluations showed that the LAHPH reduced effectively the open bite of the patients to 0.15±1.7 mm (P<0.001).Conclusion: This appliance can be used as an acceptable method for closing the open bite in Class I subjects.

Abstract:

Small and fluctuating output voltages of renewable energy SOURCES like solar cells and fuel cells that operate in the DC voltage zone are always a major difficulty when linking them to the national power grid. For connecting those SOURCES to the inverters and ultimately to the electrical grid, a DC-DC bridge capable of converting the input voltage to 230 or 400 volts is needed. The conversion device must utilize a step-up DC-DC architecture with a HIGH voltage gain. Several boost designs have been presented thus far to provide a steady voltage owing to the fluctuation of the input voltage.
